Veteran Dallas restaurateurs set to bring high class "dogs" to big D

Soon, upscale hot dogs will join Dallas’s culinary offerings. All this thanks to veteran Dallas restaurateurs Richard and Tiffanee Ellman and John Paul Valverde of Oak and Campo, respectively.

The new upscale hot dog joint, Bowery, which is modeled to look like New York at the turn of the 20th century, will feature handmade sausages that are organic and grass fed. The restaurant will also feature malts and shakes, and a selection of cocktails.
